Welcome to Knocked Up Fitness

My name is Erica and I am very excited to be bringing this blog to life. I am a mother of 2, my daughter is 3 1/2 & my son is 15 months, so needless to say I stay busy! I have a wonderful husband who is so supportive and a great listener to my ideas and crazy health/fitness/nutrition stuff I find sooo darn interesting. I am a personal trainer, pilates instructor, and nutritionist, with expertise in prenatal & postnatal fitness. Not only have I always enjoyed the wonders of how exercise during pregnancy is so beneficial, but also have gone through 2 very different pregnancies myself. I love my life & am excited to share with all you the wonders of pregnancy, specifically related to fitness but I will expand to more pre/postnatal topics. Please email me any questions you have that are related to pregnancy/postpartum fitness & beyond. I look forward to connecting with all you Knocked-Up momma’s out there! ~Erica]]>

Erica – do you have any advice for mama’s with low-blood pressure who wish to keep exercising? I find some days that I can’t seem to get enough oxygen just sitting nevermind on my run.
