Like most of the people, I went through many trials and errors but I was not going to let them get me down. So I went ahead and got certified in personal training in 2017. It was such a different experience because I was able to find my "why". It was not just about aesthetics, because I got to help people feel better about themselves and know that they are enough. That's why I pursued another certification in Prenatal and Postnatal Certification because pregnancy and motherhood are two of the most important stages of women's lives and we knew so little about them.
