Erica Ziel, a mom of three, published author, founder of Core Athletica Inc., Knocked-Up Fitness programs, DVD’s and The Core Rehab Program, is a sought-after expert for fitness-infused Pilates, personal training and Pre/Postnatal Exercise Specialist. Erica holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology & Health from Iowa State University and is a certified personal trainer, Pilates instructor, Nutrition Coach and has her own Knocked Up Fitness® pre/postnatal instructor training course.

Erica’s Functional Pilates-Infused Method has proven to generate quicker and better results for her clients, pregnant or not!
