We made it to yet another year! Woot Woot! Hip Hip Hooray for 2011! Be it a new little bundle of joy your are expecting, congrats if you are 🙂 or a pre-baby body you are trying to achieve make this year the year 🙂 I know for many we make New Years resolutions & maybe they stick for a couple weeks & gradually fade out, but not this year! Some tips to help you stay accountable
- Find a friend, spouse, or relative to pursue your goals with you, be it losing weight or just eating healthy
- Write down your diet & exercise – try Fitbook! I love it & you will too 🙂
- Set small, attainable goals for yourself – think a couple weeks at a time. Don’t focus on 6 months or a year (those are good too, but make smaller goals in between)
- If your pregnant, losing weight should not be a goal but eating healthy should be!
- Exercise Videos (long overdue I know) – don’t be surprised when you see little ones in them (gotta exercise when you can right?)
- Real Stories from Moms – Don’t worry we won’t leave out the good details 😉
