I know, I know, it’s Friday & sorry no Freebies today but you still have time to win a Free training session (ends @ midnight today).

Here is the outline for Knocked-Up Fitness Daily Topics (& yes I know I have missed some days – it’s a work in progress):

Here are some questions I have for all you Momma’s or To-Be Momma’s

(obviously some ?’s apply to those who are already moms & some who aren’t yet)

  5. What is your favorite pregnancy product/clothing/etc.?
  6. What is your favorite form of exercise?
  7. What is your favorite snack (preferably healthy)?
  8. What was your craziest “craving” during pregnancy?
  9. Was it easy for you to lose your baby weight?
  10. What diets / weight loss regimens have you tried after baby? Did you stick with it & lose weight?

    Which of the “Daily” Topics are your favorite? THE WORKOUT VIDEOS
    What is your favorite pregnancy product/clothing/etc.? ANYTHING MATERNITY FROM TARGET
    What is your favorite form of exercise? CIRCUIT TRAINING, WALKING, SOMETIMES RUNNING SPRINTS
    What is your favorite snack (preferably healthy)? ALMONDS, APPLE, HARD BOILED EGG
    What was your craziest “craving” during pregnancy? LEMONADE
    Was it easy for you to lose your baby weight? EASY BEFORE I HAD TO GO BACK TO WORK…LAST 10LBS ARE SLOW TO COME OFF
    What diets / weight loss regimens have you tried after baby? Did you stick with it & lose weight? AT ABOUT 6 WEEKS POST PARTUM I DID FRESHOLOGY DELIVERY, IT WAS FANTASTIC, BUT I HIT A WALL ON THAT A FEW WEEKS AFTER I WENT BACK TO WORK. RECENTLY (AROUND 11MOS POST BABY) I STARTED JUICING…THAT SEEMS TO BE WORKING…HAVE A BOUT 6 LBS LEFT TO GO.

    Which of the “Daily” Topics are your favorite? Nutrition and hearing about Shanas adventure (real life moms I can relate to)
    What is your favorite form of exercise? Yoga, Spinning, Run and Burn treadmill classes, pilates, swimming, walking, bike riding with my kiddos
    What is your favorite snack (preferably healthy)? almonds, raisins, walnuts, cranberries and a few chocolate chips tossed together as a trail mix, Think Thin bars (would love your opinion on these as I just saw the on the go snacks you recommended to Shana and didn’t see these so am wondering if they aren’t the best).
