This falls in line with my previous post about ‘untucking your butt’! Time and time again I see people tucking their butt and sucking their belly in thinking this is helping their ‘abs’ get stronger. BUT it’s not helping your body and in the long term can equal back pain, neck pain, core dysfunction and more.
