I’m sure you’ve heard of Kegels, we all have, but question is….Do you do your kegels? & Do you do them correctly?

Give this exercise a try! It can really help you find your Pelvic Floor muscles (these are the muscles you use to do your kegels).

Kegels are super important not only during & right after pregnancy but for all women of any age!

Practice – Practice – Practice

**Be sure to check with your doctor before you begin any exercise program**
