    I want to say I am living proof you can get your body back after having a baby. I have two children (almost 3 and just turned 5) and after each one I was able to bounce back. I also had my babies in my late 20s and early 30s, which is a time when it’s harder to shed the extra pounds and retain muscle. But there are some rules if you want to do the same thing. 1. You can’t gain a lot of weight during pregnancy; 2. You have to be active and remain active before and during pregnancy; and 3. You have to continue eating healthy and being active after pregnancy. If you do these 3 things you will get your prebaby body back in a snap. I was able to compete in my 2nd fitness competition when my children were 1 and 3 years old and place in top 5 against girls 10 years younger than. Living a healthy lifestyle really pays off.
