great exercises for post pregnancy! I have been exercising throughout my pregnancy, and have now started planning my post pregnancy exercises! These are going in the book!!
I have also been wearing great maternity sportswear from Fittamamma.com, their tops are brilliant support! Highly recommend them to all mums to be!
